My experience at Citizen's Advice, spanning from 2016 to 2023, provided a robust foundation for my journey into the legal sector, beginning with a volunteer role and culminating in my position as a Benefits Specialist.
During that time, I honed critical skills in client advocacy, complex problem-solving, and had to advise citizens on intricate legal frameworks.
In September 2023, I joined the Family Law team at SB Lawyers as a trainee solicitor, where I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and practical experience.
My areas of expertise include document review, legal document preparation, comprehensive legal research, and delivering exceptional customer service. I am committed to leveraging my critical thinking and analytical abilities to bring success to our client and the firm.
