The price information below is a general indication of a straightforward transaction in our experience. Whilst we will honour our Labour charge fees for the duration of the transaction, we cannot guarantee the cost to 3rd parties set out will not change before your matter is completed/they are engaged to carry out the service that is required of them. We will let you know as soon as we are able to of any changes to 3rd party costs.
In addition, if during the course of your transaction, additional work is required to complete the main transaction, this additional work may incur additional charges from us and/or 3rd parties. Examples of this could be where there is a Share of Freehold being purchased alongside a leasehold flat or a defective title that requires a deed of variation or Indemnity Insurance. Again, As soon as any complications arise, we will discuss these with you and agree on any further fees for the additional work in advance of the work being undertaken.
