I'm the head of the Family Law Department and also a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel.
The majority of my experience comes from my time as a Family Law Practitioner after I qualified as a solicitor in 1981, and I now deal with all local authority involvement, from Child Protection Conferences and advising and representing parents through the PLO process, to specialising in Court Care Proceedings.
I'm also a member of Resolution, which operates the most rigorous Accreditation Scheme so that the public can recognise those lawyers who are truly Family Law Specialists.
I am accredited as a Resolution Specialist in children's issues and domestic abuse and hold the Law Society’s accreditation in Family Law. This means I'm able to represent parents, grandparents, and other adults in cases involving children.
I undertake both private and legal aid work.
