I started my legal career at SB Lawyers 35 years ago as a Legal Secretary. During this time, I began my CILEX qualification and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2005. I left the firm for a while and returned in 2016.
I'm supported by an experienced and successful team and I deal with the private aspect of residential conveyancing.
Most of my work comes from returning clients, local Estate Agents, and Financial Advisors. As I grew up in the Pontypridd area, I am well known and respected in the community and often recommended by local residents.
My conveyancing work consists of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new builds, Help to Buy schemes, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity matters.
