Michael Worthey, Director of Information Services
I joined SB Lawyers Limited in April 1998 as an Office Administrator and have been a cornerstone of the firm’s operations ever since.
Over the years, I have pursued professional growth, earning my AAT qualification and becoming a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in August 2006.
Throughout my tenure, I have played a pivotal role in the firm’s accounts departments across all three offices, often heading up the accounts function.
My expertise extends beyond accounting; I also serve as the firm’s IT Manager, ensuring that systems remain secure and fully operational. To enhance my technical skills, I have studied with CompTIA, further solidifying my capabilities in IT and network management.
After 26 years of dedicated service, I was appointed Director of Information Services in July 2024, where I oversee the networks and IT infrastructure supporting staff across all three offices while also managing and maintaining the firm’s accounts teams and functions.
