Our friendly and supportive conveyancing team works closely with clients to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services. We’re now looking for a talented conveyancer with 2–5 years’ PQE experience to join our busy office and grow their career with us.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has solid conveyancing experience and is looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
• Draft contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
• Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records.
• Deliver excellent client care at all times.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years’ PQE experience in conveyancing (residential).
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach with a focus on client service.
• Knowledge of case management systems is an advantage.
